Cancellation Policy

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the rental is due when you reserve the property along with a copy of driver’s license/ID card. The full rental amount is to be paid 30 days prior to your event; any cancellations will forfeit all monies received (NO Refunds.) You may change the date of your event if the date is available.
